SKETCHES

Through sketches, I explored different frame shapes and proportions while figuring out the inner components.
3D IDEATIONS

During the ideation stage, I created a quick model with Solidworks to get an idea of realistic proportions and and how the parts would come together. I later used Keyshot to render the model get an idea of how the the materials would look together.
MAKING THE FRAME

I made my own jig to bend the metal rod so that it would fit the exact dimensions that I wanted. I then welded the frame together using mig weld.
MAKING THE BODY

CHARGING PORT

i milled a slot where I would place the USB-C charger so that this light could be rechargeable.
